They (Cask) taught us so well that it was just like Rock ‘n Roll.

  "I love Cask for the reason that they are a Canadian company and they are really helpful. When we setup the machine, they all came down and they walked us through the first run, and after that they taught us so well - it was just like rock and roll. As soon as they left we were able to do it ourselves - immediately. Right now our Cask machine doesn't have a depallitizer, so we're manually putting the cans up there [onto the shaker table, one layer at a time]. But the great thing about the Cask system is you can always add on to it and always make it more efficient. Just a simple phone call and they'll make that happen."
