- Eligibility: To be eligible for the competition, breweries must be located in Canada or the United States, and they must be licensed to manufacture and distribute alcoholic beverages. Employees of Cask Global Canning Solutions, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Criteria: To enter the competition, eligible breweries must follow Cask Global Canning Solutions official social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter), and engage with the competition post and share the end-product on social media.
- Prize Details: The prize includes one free standard artwork set-up with Carey Color Incorporated to create new graphic plates for printing aluminum cans for the winning beverage establishment. The value of the prize is estimated to be $1,000. Five winners will be drawn.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected at random.
- Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of eligibility and sign a release form within seven days of being notified of their win. If the winner fails to meet these requirements, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected at random.
- Contest Period: The competition will run from May 8, 2023 at 9:00 am MST to May 12, 2023 at 11:89 am MST. All entries must be received by May 12, at 11:59 pm MST.
- Other Terms and Conditions: By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these competition rules and Cask Global Canning Solutions privacy policy. Cask reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or illegal behavior. Cask also reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.
