As craft brewers, we have to be open-minded to what customers want. Hard Seltzers and cocktails allow us to engage with a broader audience while freeing up resources to innovate in other areas of our business. Our packaging operators love the days we package seltzer. It is straightforward, there’s no waste, and it’s smooth running. The Cask system controls higher carbonation very well and lets us experiment with our parameters.
