General Parts:
Preventative Maintenance Pack: Regular maintenance parts: Beer lines, fill head springs, foam shuttles and o-rings (and cam follower bearings for mACS, ACS V5, Mobile, V6 and FleX2)
Pack 2: High wear items that fall out of spec: Can table cylinder, gate cylinder and fill probes (and seamer cylinders for Nano ACS and ACS V4.0, 4.1 and 4.2)
Pack 3: Components that commonly fail after a long service life: Sensors, air cards/manifold and fill head cylinder (and can reject cylinder where applicable)
Seamer Refurbishment and Rebuild
Staying on top of refurbishment of seamer bearing assemblies will not only ensure high quality seams, but also affect the lifespan of those assemblies. When machines are run with loose bearing assemblies, it can cause damage and wear to other parts of the assembly that usually don't have to be replaced when maintained properly.
